March releases added conditional hooks (if: syntax), CwdChanged/FileChanged events, PermissionDenied hooks with retry, TaskCreated hooks, and PreToolUse hooks that can satisfy AskUserQuestion by returning updatedInput. Crosses the threshold from permission gate to event-driven automation. For DanOS: PreToolUse hook could route headless AskUserQuestion prompts to Telegram instead of stalling. TaskCreated hook could auto-log scheduled task activity.
